At the Gloucester Farmers Market we are a true growers market; meaning the produce offered for sale has been grown, raised or wild gathered by the stallholder.  Where 'value-added' products are offered for sale, such as soaps, sauces, olive oil or wine; the ingredients must be grown by the stallholder or substantially sourced from growers in the region.

To ensure fresh produce of the highest quality, visits are made to our growers and producers to confirm their certification, the products they produce and methods of production.
